MASSAGE THERAPY AVAILABILITY
We offer massage therapy on a select day or 2 in the afternoon. Appointments are by appointment only. We firmly believe that body work can be very profound and that certain things in the physical dimension can be worked out by both physical body work, emotional work, and spiritual work. While we are in this plane of existence, it is vital to work on all these different levels to get the most of our learning lesson down here.
THE OILS WE USE IN OUR MASSAGE THERAPY SESSIONS
We use Dr. Hauschka body oils in most of our massage therapy sessions. These products have been around for over 50 years ad use mostly organic and preferably even bio dynamically grown plant ingredients. They are deeply nurturing and soothing.
Watch your own body and mind, and the people and things surrounding you, from the deep, calm place inside of you. When you do that you’ll have insights as to what you need to do in order to flow with the river of life around you.

Hot and Cold Stone Massage
This massage technique makes use of heated stones. Over time, river stones and particularly also volcanic stones have become extremely polished and smooth, and they retain heat very well. As the stones are placed along the participant’s back, or better even used to massage big muscle areas, they allow the heat to deeply penetrate into the muscles, releasing tension and aiding in relaxation. This massage lasts an hour and 25 minutes to let the heat work properly.
Dr. Pautz is a big believer in this massage therapy. Most people have a significant amount of challenges going on in their daily lives. This technique with the heat is a superb way of reconnecting with our body and promotes a deep sense of connectedness and comfort. It helps us to get more into the parasympathetic space. The opposite from the sympathetic nervous system.
This technique can also be used as a cold stone therapy. Which for some is more relaxing than the heat.

Lomi Lomi
Lomi Lomi is the Hawaiian word for massage. It is also called the “loving hands” massage. The technique uses continuous flowing strokes, enabling the participant to relax deeply while the massage nurtures the body, and stress and tension are released. It is based on the Hawaiian philosophy of Huna, and seeks to bring the body back into harmony and balance. It is base on a very rhythmic support of the life forces of the client and is profoundly nurturing and reconnecting to the rhythm of the body.
Scalp Massage
Seventy percent of our nerves go or originate from the brain. Massaging the scalp can have beneficial effects on moods such as anxiety and depression as well as physical ailments like migraines or simple headaches. We combine this massage with a hand and foot massage, which are important organs that correspond to acupuncture points in the body.
Natural Pain Management with all natural tools
Dr. Pautz is a big believer in natural pain management through body work, mother earth’s chemistry with tinctures from plants, hydrotherapy, whcih is the application of different water applications. Hydrotherapy has been used through aeons of time in different version. The Romans had their spas and steam and water applications.
Dr. Hauschka & other Facials
The Dr.Hauschka Facials are a standardized facial treatment series performed by a trained Dr. Hauschka Facial Therapist. We will only offer when we have an esthetician available trained in that philosophy.
Facials can be as relaxing as a body massage. And even more so. Since we have so many points that are representing the entire body again (like the earlobe has the entire body points in it), health benefits go far beyond just the face.
The Dr.Hauschka facials support gentle lymphatic strokes and is a unique method. We carry the Dr. Hauschka Facial line.
Dr. Hauschka Make Up Line
The Dr.Hauschka also offers a make up line and prides itself in clean a chemical free make up. One of the unique points is that when different people with different complexions or skin colors use a foundation, it will take on the person’s complexion and look different and natural on each person,
