How to use Bath Oils for Nurturing Self Care

Hydrotherapy — the healing use of water — has long been a foundation of nurturing self-care. Adding a few drops of high-quality bath oil to warm water transforms an ordinary bath into a deeply restorative ritual. The combination of warmth, water, and botanical essences helps relax muscles, calm the nervous system, and replenish the skin. Simply swirl the oil into your bath before stepping in, take a few slow breaths, and allow the water to support and renew you — body, mind, and spirit.

Water is by itself a major part of all living existence on earth. Without water, nothing is possible, the earth, the plants, the food for insects, birds, animals, humans; life for nature, plants, animals, humans, is not possible.
